Byllo

Terms of use

The plain-language agreement between you and Byllo.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

The short version: Byllo helps you keep track of money. It is an organiser, not a financial adviser, and the numbers it shows are estimates built from what you enter. Always check them against your official statements.

1. These terms, and what they cover

These terms are between you and Byllo (“we”, “us”), and they cover both this website, bylloapp.com, and the Byllo app once it is released. By using the site or the app, you agree to them. You can reach us at therestlessmallu@gmail.com.

Byllo is not yet on the App Store or Google Play. Everything described on this site is what we’re building; features, prices, and availability can change before launch.

2. What Byllo does — and what it doesn’t

Byllo helps you record bills, income, loans, and money lent or borrowed, reminds you about them, and shows figures such as “safe to spend,” loan progress, and spending estimates.

Byllo is an organisational tool, not a financial adviser. Figures shown — including safe-to-spend, EMI breakdowns, interest estimates, balance-check gaps, and any statistics — are estimates derived from the information you enter. They may be incomplete or inaccurate: entries may be missing, amounts may change, or your lender may calculate interest differently. Always verify against official statements. Byllo does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and you remain responsible for your financial decisions and for paying your obligations on time.

3. Your data, your device

Your entries are stored on your device — see the Privacy policy. You are responsible for your device’s security, and for exporting or backing up anything you don’t want to lose: deleting the app deletes its data.

4. The waitlist

If you give us your email address on this site, you’re asking us to tell you when Byllo launches — nothing more. Joining the waitlist doesn’t create an account, doesn’t reserve a price, and doesn’t oblige either of us to anything. You can ask us to remove your address at any time; see Data deletion.

5. Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse Byllo: no reverse engineering except where the law permits, no reselling or redistributing the app, no using it to break the law, and no attempting to defraud promotional offers.

6. Byllo Pro, purchases, and prices

  • Byllo is free to download and the free tier is genuinely useful on its own. Some features (Byllo Pro) require a paid subscription or a one-time purchase, processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.
  • Prices shown on this site are in Indian rupees and are what we intend to charge at launch. Prices vary by region and can change; the price shown in the store at the moment you buy is the one that applies.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies — we can’t issue card refunds directly. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: your Play order history. If you get stuck, write to us and we’ll point you the right way.
  • Free trials or promotional periods convert to paid unless cancelled before they end, except where a specific offer says otherwise.

7. Promotions

We may run launch or referral offers. Any such offer will have its own terms, published before it opens, and those terms will govern it. We may modify or end a promotion prospectively, but benefits already properly earned under an offer’s terms will be honoured as described there. No promotion is running today.

8. Intellectual property

The app, this website, and their design, illustrations, mascot, and content are ours or our licensors’. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Byllo. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Byllo is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed payments, fees, penalties, credit effects, inaccurate estimates, or data loss; and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under consumer-protection statutes in your country.

10. Termination

You can stop using Byllo at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, including abuse of promotional offers. Sections that by their nature survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits — survive termination.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be signposted in the app with the new effective date, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continuing to use Byllo after that date means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India — without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
